United Kingdom, Sept. 20 -- Princess Diana's brother has accused King Charles of "gaslighting" him.

A few days ago, Buckingham Palace issued a rare statement after an extract from Earl Charles Spencer's forthcoming book, Swan Song: Diana, My Sister, was made public in which the earl alleged his former brother-in-law sneered Diana would be forgotten "soon enough" during a phone call in the days following her passing in a Paris car accident in August 1997.
