United Kingdom, April 21 -- Dylan Sprouse and his wife Barbara Palvin have been using humour to cope after a confrontation with an alleged intruder at their home.

The Suite Life of Zach and Cody star is believed to have tackled a trespasser and held them at gunpoint as cops rushed to their home in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on Friday (17.04.26) - and now the couple have spoken out about the incident during an appearance at the New York premiere of the Devil Wears Prada 2 on Monday (20.04.26) - insisting they've been trying to laugh it off.

When asked about the confrontation, model Barbara told E! News: "Dealing with the trauma with jokes and fun."

Dylan added: "I thought it was funny ... I'm really - this is actually to my detriment ...
