United Kingdom, July 15 -- Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin are expecting a baby girl.

The couple - who married in 2023 after five years of dating - revealed in May that the 32-year-old model as pregnant and now they have shared their excitement as they prepare to welcome a daughter into the world.

Appearing on her husband's new podcast Wildmen, Barbara said: "Do you want to share?"

Dylan, 33, replied: "Yeah, we've been calling her principessa. Which I don't know why that's been our like...well, it's Italian for princess.

"But no, we are having a baby girl, which I'm very excited about. I'm excited to be a girl dad, actually."

Barbara believes having a daughter will "mellow" out her Suite Life of Zack and Cody star husband.
