United Kingdom, March 20 -- Dennis Quaid has questioned Hollywood's "double standard" when it comes to supporting Donald Trump.

The 71-year-old star is a rare Tinseltown advocate for the US President - recently travelling aboard Air Force One with the White House chief - and noted that only a small group of stars are happy to express their backing for Trump.

Dennis told Fox News Digital: "There's either 'F Trump' from the other side or 'I love Trump' from a few of us who speak about it."

However, the War Machine actor feels that the "double standard" extends wider than the showbiz world.
