David Krumholtz taking 'indefinite break' from acting
United Kingdom, Aug. 19 -- Oppenheimer star David Krumholtz has announced he is taking an "indefinite break" from acting - because he's so "fed up" with Hollywood.
The 48-year-old screen star, who has appeared in movies such as The Santa Clause and Supergirl, took to his Threads account on Monday (17.08.26) to explain his unscheduled hiatus to fans.
He wrote: "I kinda sorta put my acting career on hold the other day. It's been something I've been petrified to do for years. "Specifically, the fear was that I'd go broke and not be able to handle being out of the game."
David added that he then "sent the definitive email" to action the career break, after which a "huge wave of relief" washed over him.
