United Kingdom, Oct. 8 -- David Krumholtz has landed his next role just weeks after considering an "indefinite break" from acting.

Back in August, the 48-year-old actor announced plans to step back from his screen career before clarifying that he had decided to "put his career on hold" to focus on his family and mental health, rather than announcing his retirement.

Now, Deadline has reported that he's already landed his next role in HBO's The Trial of Louise Woodward.

He is set to play criminal defense attorney Harvey Silvergate in the upcoming true crime limited series.
