United Kingdom, Sept. 11 -- Cindy Crawford's short-lived acting career was one of her biggest "learning experiences".

The 60-year-old model landed a handful of acting roles in the 90s, including Fair Game, the 1995 action-thriller film, and 54, the 1998 drama film, and Cindy now admits that she learned a lot from those experiences.

The model said at the Forbes Power Women's Summit: "I think even the things that you try and that maybe don't succeed in the way that you hope they would, they're still learning experiences."

Cindy also revealed the quirky way that her first acting job came her way.

She said: "As a model and you're on the cover of magazines, like all of a sudden you're getting scripts sent to you and people maybe wanna act....
