United Kingdom, Sept. 15 -- Christie Brinkley's 70s "have been amazing".

The 72-year-old model insists that she's been loving life since celebrating her 70th birthday in February 2024.

The runway star told People: "I have to say the 70s have been amazing.

"When I actually say the number, it seems very foreign to me because I don't know, I don't feel like that, and I want to let other women know not to fear [aging] because it's not what you think. I'm having a great time."

Christie also explained that she's become increasingly picky about her work choices as time has elapsed.
