United Kingdom, Aug. 12 -- Chris Pratt has been forced to knock a staggering $12million off the price of his Los Angeles mansion in a bid to sell it after three years on the market.

The Jurassic World star and wife Katherine Schwarzenegger first listed their home for $32million in July 2023, but struggled to sell it, after which they decided to drop the asking price to $29.9million in October that year.

Following the first price cut, Chris and Katherine pulled the mansion, in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles, off the market, but relisted it a few months later, at $24.4million.

Again, it failed to sell, and was removed from listings, before popping back up in June 2024.
