United Kingdom, July 28 -- Chris O'Dowd would "never say never" to a Moone Boy reboot.

The comedian and actor co-wrote and starred in the beloved sitcom, which told the story of 12-year-old Martin Moone as he navigating the challenges of childhood in rural Ireland alongside an imaginary friend called Sean.

Chris played Sean in the show, which ran for three seasons from 2012 to 2015, and reflected on fans' continued pleas for a reboot during an interview with the Roscommon Herald.

Asked if he'd be up for reprising the role for a reboot, Chris replied: "Martin would be older and be kind of hanging out with girls and all of that kind of stuff. I don't know if it would be a bit weird if he had an imaginary friend there.

"But never say nev...
