United Kingdom, April 1 -- Chris O'Donnell has claimed Arnold Schwarzenegger used a double for a lot of his scenes in Batman and Robin.

The 55-year-old actor - who played Robin in both the 1997 film and 1995's Batman Forever - never "once" got to film with the former Governor of California because Arnold was only on camera for close-up shots of his character Mr. Freeze.

During Chris' appearance on I've Never Said That Before with Tommy DiDario, the host mentioned he had always wanted to be Mr. Freeze for Halloween but had "no idea how to pull it off".

Chris replied: "Arnold didn't pull it off either.
