United Kingdom, Aug. 14 -- Chris Evans' "priorities have shifted" since he became a father.

The Captain America: The First Avenger star, 45, welcomed a daughter with his wife Alba Baptista in October 2025 and he's now admitted becoming a parent now means he needs a "really good reason to go to work".

Speaking during a panel at the 2026 Boston FanExpo, Chris told the audience: "I have a daughter now and . you need a really good reason to want to go to work now. So, you know, priorities have shifted a bit."
