United Kingdom, May 28 -- Carmen Electra ended her relationship with Dennis Rodman after reading a self-help book.

The 54-year-old actress married the basketball star in 1998 following a whirlwind romance but they filed for an annulment just nine days later before reconciling and eventually divorcing in spring 1999.

Carmen how now reflected on their "difficult" relationship and admitted that, although they were "crazy in love", she ultimately realised their romance wasn't good for her health.
