United Kingdom, Sept. 4 -- Carla Jeffery's grieving relatives have launched a fundraiser to pay for her funeral and burial costs.

The 33-year-old actress, who played Bree in the Disney Channel's first three ZOMBIES musical movies - passed away on Tuesday (01.09.26) and her cause of death hasn't been shared. Now a crowdsourcing campaign has been set up on Gofundme.com to help her family cover their expenses.

A statement posted on the site - by a relative named as Carl Jeffery - explained: "I am creating this fundraiser for my close family member, Carla Jeffery, as we face the heartbreaking loss of a loved one.
