United Kingdom, Sept. 4 -- Busy Philipps is celebrating six months since undergoing brain tumour surgery.

The 47-year-old actress was diagnosed with a brain tumour in February and subsequently two operations to remove the growth - and she's now marking hitting the six-month mark in her recovery by sharing her joy on Instagram and revealing she's also been cheered by a clear mammogram result.

In her post, Busy wrote: "Yesterday was six months since my brain surgery removed that tumour from my brain."

She added a series of happy pictures as well as a snap showing her in a hospital gown which revealed more good news. Busy added: "Well guess what? my mammogram was all clear too! Woo!"
