United Kingdom, Sept. 26 -- Chris Pratt convinced Bryce Dallas Howard to join social media.

The 45-year-old actress starred alongside Chris, 47, in Jurassic World, the 2015 action sci-fi movie, and Bryce remembers her co-star telling her that it was "time" to join social media.

Bryce - who appeared in Nosedive, an episode of Black Mirror, in 2016 - told People: "It was very helpful [in preparing for the Black Mirror role] because I remember having a little bit of ... I was like, 'What do I put as my descriptor for who I am? Who am I?'

"It leads you down a bit of an existential rabbit hole. And it all comes down to, how healthy is it for us to be aware of being perceived?
