United Kingdom, July 18 -- Brittany Cartwright is protecting her "peace" after her ex Jax Taylor was romantically linked to their once-shared publicist, Lori Krebs.

The Valley star - who has five-year-old Cruz with her estranged husband - has vowed to speak "my truth" soon but insisted she needs to focus on her son for now.

Speaking to Zack Wickham on her When Reality Hits podcast, Brittany said: "All I'm going to say about this at this moment is I will be speaking my truth - the truth - on this matter very soon whenever I'm ready.
