United Kingdom, May 15 -- Britney Spears has pushed back against claims she behaved erratically during a restaurant outing in Los Angeles.

Representatives for the singer, 44, insisted on Thursday (14.05.26) reports she frightened diners while carrying a knife at the eatery were completely blown out of proportion.

The response comes as renewed scrutiny continues to surround the Britney following her recent DUI case and years of intense media attention linked to her conservatorship battle and public behaviour.
