United Kingdom, Sept. 21 -- Brandi Glanville has been "isolated" from her friends during her devastating health battle.

The 53-year-old star , who has been candid with fans about her ongoing health issues over the past couple of years, insisted while her friends "were great", some of them "didn't believe anything was happening" to her.

Asked about her support network, she told TMZ: "I have my kids. To be honest, my friends were great but I isolated. They would call but I wouldn't pick up, I wasn't answering my text because I wouldn't have any new news.

"And a lot of them didn't believe anything was happening to me. They were worried it was just depression.

"It's my fault because I just wanted to deal with this myself, 'cause it's hard...
