United Kingdom, July 17 -- Benny Blanco is travelling to the UK by boat to be close to his girlfriend Selena Gomez - due to a fear of flying.

The 38-year-old record producer has taken to TikTok to reveal he is sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, from the US to the UK, to see his wife, who celebrates her 34th birthday on July 22nd.

Benny shared a picture of himself on a vessel and wrote: "POV: ur traveling across the atlantic in the titanic to see ur wife bc ur scared of flying (sic)"

He also penned in the TikTok caption: "the things we do for love"
