United Kingdom, July 20 -- Ben Platt's husband has been a "huge factor" in managing his anxiety.

The 32-year-old actor - who wed fellow stage star Noah Galvin in 2024 - still experiences a lot of "highs and lows" with his mental health, but feels more on an even keel these days.

He told The Guardian newspaper: "My relationship with my husband is a huge factor in being able to manage anxiety.

"There's still highs and lows, but everything's more in my sights, because I thankfully have him. And having something creative to focus on is a big help."
