United Kingdom, July 28 -- Ben Affleck's mother Chris died while visiting his Los Angeles home, her death certificate has revealed.

Chris Anne Affleck, 83, passed away on June 2 at 10.52am while "visiting son's residence", the document revealed, with Us Weekly confirming that the address in question is connected to Ben.

The certificate stated that Chris died from cardiopulmonary arrest, with contributing factors including pancreatic adenocarcinoma, which she had been suffering from for months, according to the paperwork.

An obituary announcing Chris' death said that she had been told last December that she had just months to live, but was determined to see her grandson's graduation from high school.
