United Kingdom, March 11 -- Anne-Marie is finding juggling motherhood and her music career "intense".

The 34-year-old singer-songwriter has been absent from social media since the start of this year, and now she has admitted having a reluctance to post about her life because she "feels like a wreck most of the time".

Anne-Marie - who has daughter, Seven, 23 months, and son, Forever Sugar, 10 months, with her 31-year-old husband, rapper Slowthai - opened up about her "emotional" struggles in a lengthy upload to X on Tuesday (10.03.26).

She penned: "Feeling emotional today. Sorry I been distant. Not sure if you care but I do. I'm working really hard to get this right."
