United Kingdom, Sept. 25 -- Amy Schumer and Chris Fischer have reached a divorce settlement, nine months after their split.

The Trainwreck actress announced in December 2025 she had split from her chef spouse - with whom she shares seven-year-old son Gene - after seven years of marriage.

Now the New York Post's Page Six has revealed that Amy and Chris are another step closer to being officially single, after they submitted their proposed divorce judgment to the New York Supreme Court on Thursday (24.09.26).

According to the docket, seen by the outlet, the judgement was signed off by the court.

It's now awaiting final processing by the County Clerk.
