United Kingdom, May 2 -- Glenn Close has declared that actors are a part of the "alien nation".

The actress suggested that artists experience the world in a more imaginative and observant way and survive on creativity, compared to those who are not in the profession, in a speech during her Hand and Footprint Ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood on Friday (01.05.26).

Glenn, 79, said: "We are members of the alien nation, because I think we have more antennae than maybe some other humans. And there are aliens and civilians, and we definitely speak different languages."
