United Kingdom, Sept. 21 -- Alan Ritchson reflected on not feeling "worthy of love" amid the end of his 20-year marriage.

The Reacher actor and his spouse Catherine - who have Calem, 13, Edan, 12, and 10-year-old Amory together - revealed earlier this month they had gone their separate ways, and now the 43-year-old star has reflected on the importance of "learning to love yourself" instead of constantly worrying about trying to be better in some way.
