United Kingdom, April 30 -- Chet Hanks is living in a trailer park.

The 35-year-old actor-and-musician - who is the son of Hollywood legend Tom Hanks and his actress wife Rita Wilson - recently moved to Nashville to pursue a country music career but he was reluctant to buy a new apartment after just splashing out on property in Los Angeles and the idea of temporary accommodation didn't appeal, so he's based himself in a luxurious trailer instead.

He explained on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: "I didn't want to get an apartment because I literally just got a condo in LA and I furnished it.
