United Kingdom, April 7 -- Drew Barrymore has tearfully revealed her body insecurities after undergoing two c-sections.

The 51-year-old actress and chat show host, who has daughters Olive, 13, and Frank, 11, with ex-husband Will Kopelman, was emotional as she revealed why she related to a mother-of-four on her programme who was uncomfortable wearing "form-fitting clothing".

During Monday's episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, guest Dawn Benwood underwent a fashion makeover which left Drew in tears.
