India, Aug. 29 -- Steelbird has launched the Fairy open-face helmet in India for women riders. Introduced around Raksha Bandhan, the helmet is priced from Rs 1,299. It gets colourful graphics along with safety and convenience features aimed at riders who use their helmets regularly. The Fairy uses a high-impact ABS outer shell with high-density EPS on the inside.

The materials are designed to help protect the rider during an impact. The helmet also carries BIS ISI certification, confirming that it meets the applicable safety requirements in India.
