India, July 9 -- Nissan is set to unveil the all-new Tekton today, but ahead of its official launch, the SUV has already earned a 5-star safety rating in the Bharat NCAP crash tests. The Tekton is based on the same platform as the Renault Duster, and Bharat NCAP has confirmed that both SUVs have an identical body structure and safety equipment. As a result, the Tekton has received the same safety rating as the Duster, giving buyers a clear idea of its crash protection before its official arrival.
