India, March 30 -- KTM 350 Duke and 350 Adventure to feature new 350cc engine setup with revised internals, while retaining the same sharp design and styling as the 390 range.

KTM India is all set to bring in the 350 Duke and 350 Adventure in mid-April, and this looks like a move that makes sense right now. With the GST rules putting motorcycles above 350cc in the 40 per cent tax bracket, the 390 range has become expensive for many buyers. So KTM has worked around this by reducing the engine capacity from 399cc to 350cc, which brings these new bikes into the 18 per cent tax slab. That directly helps with pricing, and for riders who have been eyeing a KTM but holding back due to cost, this could finally make things easier.
