India, Aug. 20 -- BMW is set to launch the new X1 Long Wheelbase (LWB) in India tomorrow, August 21. The longer version of the SUV is expected to be offered exclusively with a petrol engine and BMW India opened bookings for the model earlier this month. It will also get a more powerful version of the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, along with additional equipment aimed at making it more suitable for buyers looking for extra rear-seat space.
