India, Sept. 25 -- Maruti Suzuki seems to be stepping up its game in safety, as yet another one of its models, the Invicto, has now received a 5-star crash test safety rating from Bharat NCAP. The MPV earned 30.43 points out of 32 in Adult Occupant Protection and 45.00 points out of 49 in Child Occupant Protection. The tested variants include the Alpha+ 7-seater and Zeta+ 8-seater trims. The announcement follows the recent 5-star rating of the Maruti Suzuki Victoris, highlighting a positive shift in the brand's approach to safety. For a brand that has long dominated Indian roads but faced criticism for basic safety standards, the rising number of good safety ratings marks a turning point.
