India, Sept. 4 -- With the Sorento, Kia has entered a segment where Toyota has already built a strong following with the Innova Hycross. The newly launched Kia Sorento is priced from Rs 27.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 40.39 lakh (both ex-showroom), making it considerably more expensive than the Toyota at the entry level. The Sorento is available in six- and seven-seat configurations, with front- and all-wheel-drive options, along with a strong hybrid powertrain.
