New Delhi, Aug. 6 -- Vietnamese EV manufacturer VinFast will launch the VF7 and the VF6 electric SUVs in India soon. Pre-bookings for both cars are currently open at a token amount of Rs 21,000, while their local assembly has also commenced at VinFast's first-ever manufacturing plant in India. Ahead of the launch, details about variants of these upcoming electric SUVs have also been revealed. The VF7, expected to go on sale first, is available in three variants: Earth, Wind, and Sky. The VF6, on the other hand, has only two variants: Earth and Wind. Although prices are yet to be officially announced, the VF7 is expected to start at Rs 50 lakh, while the VF6 could be priced at around Rs 17 lakh. Both are ex-showroom figures.
