India, May 22 -- The Honda ZR-V hybrid combines a petrol engine with dual electric motors mated t an e-CVT automatic gearbox, delivering 22.8km/l claimed fuel efficiency.

Honda has debuted the ZR-V in India, with the premium hybrid SUV arriving as a CBU import from the brand's overseas facility. After Elevate, the Honda ZR-V is the first entirely new nameplate to arrive in India in three years. The ZR-V will be Honda's flagship model in India. This hybrid SUV sits on an entirely different platform known as the Honda Architecture (HA) platform. It brings Honda's direct injection 2.0-litre e: HEV twin-motor strong hybrid system to the Indian premium SUV segment for the first time. ZR-V will rival the Volkswagen Tiguan and Skoda Kodiaq.
