India, July 6 -- The XJ220 story at Callum has moved beyond a simple design exercise. Just days after revealing its modern interpretation of Jaguar's iconic supercar, the British design and engineering firm has now introduced the XJ220 GT1 - a more focused version that leans into the spirit of classic GT racing. While it remains a concept for now, the GT1 shows how Ian Callum's team believes the XJ220 could have evolved had its development continued into a modern era. The new version keeps the recognisable silhouette of the original while adding a stronger aerodynamic package, race-inspired detailing and a more purposeful stance.

Finished in vivid yellow, the GT1 also pays tribute to the endurance racing machines that defined the 1990s, ...
