India, Aug. 10 -- BMW has started taking bookings for the X1 Long Wheelbase in India ahead of its launch on August 21, 2026. Customers can book the SUV through BMW's authorised dealers or the company's official website. The new version has been designed mainly for buyers who want more space in the second row. BMW has also confirmed that the X1 Long Wheelbase will be made at its Chennai plant, making it a locally produced model for the Indian market.
