India, Aug. 5 -- Audi has given a closer look at the new A2 e-tron before its global debut planned for autumn 2026. The electric hatchback will sit as the brand's new entry-level EV and has been developed with a strong focus on reducing power consumption instead of simply adding a bigger battery. Audi says the car delivers its best efficiency figures yet. The company has made changes to the electric motor, battery, body design and cooling system to reduce power consumption. Audi says these updates make the A2 e-tron its most efficient electric car to date.
