India, Sept. 11 -- Kawasaki has launched the 2027 Versys 1100 in India at Rs 13.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The motorcycle continues as the Japanese manufacturer's road-focused sport-tourer, aimed at riders who want long-distance ability without moving to a fully off-road-oriented adventure motorcycle. Along with its large-capacity four-cylinder engine, the Versys 1100 gets a 21-litre fuel tank, upright ergonomics, an adjustable windscreen, and several electronic rider aids.

Kawasaki has also equipped it with hardware suited to extended touring, including support for panniers and a top box.
