India, Sept. 28 -- Kawasaki has introduced the all-new Z1100, a successor to the discontinued Z1000, marking a new chapter for its iconic supernaked lineup. The Z1100 continues the Z legacy while offering significant mechanical and electronic upgrades. At the core is a 1,099cc inline-four engine, a larger displacement, updated version derived from the Ninja 1100SX sport tourer. This engine produces a maximum of 134bhp at 9,000rpm and a peak torque of 113Nm at 7,600rpm. To improve real-world performance, Kawasaki has refined the Z1100's engine with new camshaft profiles, reshaped intake ports, and a heavier flywheel, boosting response in the low-and mid-rpm ranges. Gearbox updates include longer ratios for 5th and 6th gears.
