A Chester Hill man, 37, was sentenced by the Paramatta District Court today (7 September, 2026) to four years' imprisonment for his role in a multimillion-dollar fraud against the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
The man was also ordered to repay the Commonwealth $30,675 and will be eligible for parole after serving two years and four months' imprisonment.
