Tadepalli, Oct. 5 -- Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) State General Secretary and MLC Lella Appi Reddy has written to the Andhra Pradesh State Election Commissioner on Monday, seeking immediate intervention over the alleged continued obstruction in the issuance of caste/community and No-Dues/NOC certificates, citing a statewide server failure.

Appi Reddy sought an impartial inquiry into the role of senior officials of the Grama/Ward Sachivalayam and Village/Ward Secretariat (GSWS) system and urged the Commission to issue directions to district authorities to ensure that eligible candidates receive the documents required to contest the forthcoming local body elections.
