Bishkek, Aug. 31 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping praised the deepening strategic relations between Moscow and Beijing as they met Monday on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit in Bishkek.
