Almora, July 16 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday participated in the 'Seva, Good Governance and Dedication' campaign's 'Government at Every Doorstep' public outreach programme.

He also took part in the Harela tree plantation drive and planted a sapling at the Garudabaj Ground premises.
