New Delhi, March 17 -- The Delhi High Court on Tuesday reserved an order on a plea moved by Christian Michel James, challenging Article 17 of UAE India Extradition treaty. He has also sought release from custody as he claimed that he had undergone the maximum sentence during the court proceedings. He is an accsued in the Augusta Westland Chopper deal corruption and money laundering case.
However, the investigation agencies opposed his plea on the grounds that he is an accused of forgery, which carries a life sentence as Punishment.
