Mumbai, June 23 -- Telecom operator Vodafone Idea said it has allotted 430 crore warrants to Suryaja Investments Pte. Ltd., an Aditya Birla Group entity and a member of the promoter group, raising Rs 1,182.50 crore as part of its planned capital raising exercise.

In an exchange filing the company said the allotment was approved by the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 22.

It stated "Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting..... considered and approved the allotment of 430 Crore warrants to Suryaja Investments Pte. Ltd.
