Roorkee, July 27 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday honoured meritorious students who excelled in the High School and Intermediate Board examinations at the Pratibha Samman Samaroh organised in Roorkee by Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shikshan Sansthan Uttarakhand.
