Dehradun, Sept. 4 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday transferred the August 2026 pension instalment under various social security pension schemes of the Social Welfare Department through a one-click payment mechanism from the Chief Minister's Camp Office.

A total of Rs 147.05 crore was transferred directly into the bank accounts of 991,914 beneficiaries. In August, pensions of 5,605 new beneficiaries were also sanctioned under various pension schemes.
