Dehradun, Aug. 3 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Monday said that, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision, the Uttarakhand government is committed to establishing the state as the spiritual capital of the world. To achieve this goal, the government is developing major and ancient temples across the state while strengthening basic infrastructure and amenities at pilgrimage destinations.
